The next few weeks are EXTREMELY busy for us…here are several reminders and volunteer opportunities…
 
FOR FALL SHOW
 
I need the following volunteers:
Snack/dinner coordinator
Ticket sales (if reserved seats are wanted)
Concessions

Rehearsal Sat. 10-15 9am-5pm	Volunteers bring: Snacks & drinks Students bring a sack lunch from home
Rehearsal Mon. 10-17  3:30-5:30 pm	None needed
Dress Rehearsal Tues. 10-18  3:30-7:30pm	Volunteers bring: Snacks & drinks
Dress Rehearsal Wed. 10-19 3:30-7:30pm	Volunteers bring: Snacks & drinks
SHOW Thurs. 10-20 7pm	Students stay after school until end of show Volunteers bring dinner
SHOW Fri. 10-21 7pm	Students stay after school until end of show Volunteers bring dinner

FOR RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL
 
*$45 is due by Fri., Oct. 14th
 
There are optional after school rehearsals available on the following days to help students prepare to compete at the TX Renaissance Festival.  Please share these times with your students so that they may plan accordingly.
